I love to eat lamb at Easter: I love to eat lamb at any time! But why do we do it? Apparently it stems back to biblical times when God asked Abraham to sacriice his own son. It was auspicious to come across a lamb because the Devil could take the form of any other creature…except the lamb. The lamb of course is symbolic of Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ and Easter: well it speaks for itself. Lamb is not a meat I have very often, but when I do, I really relish it!
